While of course, they are interested in your business, there were no high-pressure tactics, the entire experience was comfortable, very friendly and personable. Great folks, they treated us like family and with great respect for our time and process, and we felt it. They offered us a great deal on our trade, to help us "get over the hump" of our decision process, and I am now a very happy owner of a beautiful new Sahara Unlimited (my first Jeep and my first US made car in about 20 years).
