I went in Saturday at 8:30 am.,picked out the jeep I liked and had traded in my vehicle, all within 3 to 3.5 hrs. My salesman AL TORRES was just amazing, he was very helpful ,extremely pleasant and gave me everything I asked for. NOEL TAVAREZ in financing was just the same. He went above and beyond to get me in my jeep and was extremely pleasant to work with. I cant say enough about AL & NOEL two great outgoing friendly people that obviously went above and beyond for me. A GREAT EXPERIENCE that honestly i will remember for a while. No Pressure I purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee V6 Summit on 2/20/2018. My first visit to this dealership required me just seeing if I could literally get in and o I purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee V6 Summit on 2/20/2018. My first visit to this dealership required me just seeing if I could literally get in and out of the vehicle as I am limited from an accident. The salesman took me to 3 vehicles without even asking for basic information even though I commented on in and he stated "I am here to help you purchase a vehicle that works not make a quota". After my initial visit of only getting in and out I set up an appointment to bring my wife and drive each model. My wife is in a wheelchair and cannot stand and there were as many salesmen available to assist including the owner. I drove a V6 and V8 and then the V6 again and finally purchased the V6 all without limitations on time or information other than my license information. In the end several people from the original sales person to a second one to answer more questions I hand to the financial department and finally a sales person who spent 40 minutes reviewing all the controls in the vehicle before I left. What impressed me the most was how so many of the associates just spoke to me in normal ways including the owner while I waited. I was nervous about being pressured into a sale and as it turned out that was the last thing that happened. On a side bar their prices were also very competitive. More
