I told him what I was looking to do, and he asked me what I wanted out of the deal, had me write down the key points I wanted on my end of the deal, (there were a few) and 15 or 20 minutes later we had a deal! I also could not help but notice that everyone else that worked there, everyone seemed in a great mood always smiling and cheerful. Elmwood is the place to go !!!!! I never thought when my husband said lets go look at new cars for you, that I would be telling him no thanks I'm okay I'd rather not !! It was a nightmare, the manager was too busy driving the car racking up the miles giving people the run around ! We happened to stop in at Elmwood one afternoon we were in the area, and met Wayne Bland. He is an amazing salesman patient, kind , friendly, helpful, just a great family man ! We found a Car I loved 2016 white Dodge R/T Blacktop(with a hemi) ??! Wayne worked with us all the way trade in etc , got us right where we wanted to be ! I can't say enough about the dealership it's clean, nobody pushes anything on you / pressures you the staff is so friendly and helpful ! Wayne is a great person laid back and easy to work with ! He gave us facts, options, direction and NO SALES PITCHES! He made the deal go so smoothly explaining everything and working with us to provide the best fit for us. I actually kept waiting for the hi pressure tactics or a manager coming in to work us over, but it never happened. I don't think I have ever worked with a better salesman.
