Best Buying Experience I'd been looking for a specific package on a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for quite some time. The model I had really wanted seems to last for a very short I'd been looking for a specific package on a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for quite some time. The model I had really wanted seems to last for a very short time on dealer lots. By chance, I had happened to find the exact one I was looking for at another dealership, but wanted to make the purchase locally. I had already known a few people who said they had excellent experiences with Elmwood, so I got in contact with them about possibly getting the vehicle transferred to the dealership. I had spoken with Dennis who said it could absolutely be done. I soon received a call from Nathan who was more than accommodating, and took care of everything from there. Because of my work schedule, and time of year, it wasn't necessarily possible to get to the dealership on short notice, but Nathan went out of his way to make things easy. Nathan kept in contact with me on a near daily basis to let me know when the vehicle would be there, and make a time to see and drive the Jeep. I decided to go ahead and make the purchase, which was made easy again, with Nathans help. We were up against the Holidays to complete the sale and take delivery of the Jeep, and Nathan made sure it happened. He even went so far as to make sure all of registry and insurance work was being done and completed on his day off. You don't find that kind of dedication with many people, but it's what I got there. I can't say enough good about Nathan and everyone I met and spoke with at Elmwood. It was a very easy going, non high pressure experience. You felt like you were getting the deal done with friends and family. I've already recommended both Elmwood and Nathan to several people.
