The test drive made me a little nervous as the performance of the Jeep made me think I was driving an 8 cyl when I wanted a 6 for better gas mileage. It was indeed a 6 cyl and wow, I was impressed. Dennis Freeman, the GM, put together the figures and after reviewing them I was satisfied as I had done some research before going in and was relieved how easy he made this for me. As far as the financing Noel Tavares, was fast and efficient. Two things I always buy are Environmental Protection and Gap Insurance, both were worked into my payment and I was happy with the outcome. As I completed my paperwork with Noel I could hear the laughter of another customer in Vinny Asermely's office. He is the finance director and his customers were obviously having the same great experience I was. Jay L'archevesque has an amazing team! Easy! Kept their word. Had 4 hellcats in showroom. Well, I called up elmwood dealership and reached Wayne. He walked outside for me and took 16 photos of a used ecodiesel that looked to be in great sha Well, I called up elmwood dealership and reached Wayne. He walked outside for me and took 16 photos of a used ecodiesel that looked to be in great shape. I wanted to compare online photos. So I had him do specifics. Details of seat, engine bay and most importantly undercarriage. It was very helpful. The deal was reached over the phone where we both felt comfortable with the price. Then I talked with vinny who does loans and all the deals with the banks. He came back at first with a poor interest rate. The deal was over. Then the next day he calls up and found a bank who was two points lower if I shortened the loan by a year. Deal! I have never gotten 2.89% on anything. Thanks for the extra work vinny. So I get picked up by Wayne and we walk into 4 hellcat chargers and challengers in the show room. I didn't know they gave that many to a dealership! That was a good sign for me. Left 15 minutes later after we went through the set up in the awesome ram. And I'm happy as can be with my first nice work truck. -mike More
