Experience Made Easy From the initial interaction with Stephanie via e mail and the phone, she listened and understood exactly what I was looking for and at a cost point t From the initial interaction with Stephanie via e mail and the phone, she listened and understood exactly what I was looking for and at a cost point that I believed was fair based on my research. Before I even got to the dealership she worked with James to identify a Cherokee High Altitude package that met my requirements. Upon entering the dealership she greeted me and introduced me to a professional, kind, sales executive, Mr. Sherman Jones, that was nothing but honest, non pressuring and helpful. His main priority was to make me happy with my purchase and the process. Finally, it was time to meet with the finance manager, Noel. Again, no pressure to buy all the add on's but very helpful in finding the right warranty for my personal needs at a reasonable price. Overall the experience was the best I have had at a dealership. We were looking for a new Jeep Wrangler and i didnt like what i was hearing locally. My wife and i went to Elmwood Dodge and met Marcio. Right from the stat i could tell Marcio was up front and willing to work with my wife and i to get us into a new Jeep within our price range. We received more for our trade in and also received a better Jeep than we would have on the Cape. I Highly recommend Elmwood and Marcio and also Noel Tavarez in finance.
