Excellent Dealership! This dealership is 5 stars all around. I have been looking to trade one of my cars with in the last month. I went here knowing exactly who to ask for This dealership is 5 stars all around. I have been looking to trade one of my cars with in the last month. I went here knowing exactly who to ask for and that was Richard Miranda, Sales Rep. I have dealt with Richard for 6 years and have now purchased 3 cars from him. Richard is a top notch sales rep. that is honest, friendly, and doesn't play any head games with anyone. He is upfront about a deal and what he can do to make it happen. He is probably one of the best car sales reps. that I have dealt with, that's why I always go to him. We made the deal happen, it took about 2 weeks, but today I purchased my new 2016 Dodge Challenger. As far as the rest of the dealership, you can't ask them to be more friendlier than they already are. Every employee here says hi to you, and are very professional. The Service Department is the best that I have seen. Also I want to mention the owner Jay, he is a great guy, very friendly. I have met him several times, he runs a great dealership here. Jay also got involved in my deal to make it happen. I can't say anything negative about this place. If your looking to purchase a car, try it out, ask for Richard Miranda. You won't be disappointed. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by Nathan who was extremely pleasant and welcoming. He listened to what we were interested in looking at, and all our requests before making any suggestions. Nathan went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with the car before going any further. Nathan and Benamino did a great job in negotiating a price for us that we were comfortable with, and allowed for the best use of discounts. Vinny helped with the insurance aspect and could not have been nicer! Overall we had a great experience at Elmwood and would absolutley recommend them and Nathan to anyone.
