They also allowed me to set the terms of the deal, which is rare. Most places float you a "great deal" and then apply the pressure of, "you have to act right this second." GREAT Experience There !! I was a first time caller and was connected with Al Torres. I immediately felt that I was talking to someone that I could relate with. I told him that I was a first time caller and was connected with Al Torres. I immediately felt that I was talking to someone that I could relate with. I told him that I was looking for a particular vehicle that Elmwood had on their lot. Of course the next step was to get there and see it for myself. I live a little north of Boston so I made an appointment with Al. I was introduced to the other employees at the dealership and put at ease by them with their great humor and talk of sports. Let me say that it was worth the trip!! I had a little difficulty making up my own mind whether or not I should "pull the trigger" and purchase this vehicle. Al left me alone with my own thoughts for a few days (which I needed) and I decided to purchase. Also let me mention that no one at the dealership mentioned the word "money" before I did. CLASSY!! The negotiating went VERY well and everyone involved in my purchase was stellar! Thanks in particular to Al, Ben and Noel. Again, well worth the couple of rides I took from Boston while I was making my decision. One day they even fed me pizza !! I would highly recommend this dealership and it's employees to anyone that's buying a vehicle. More
