Elmwood! My husband and I were in the market for new vehicles. We went to about five different dealerships before going to Elmwood. After due diligence, we narrowed our search down to Elmwood and one other dealership. Ultimately, my husband decided to lease a four door Wrangler and I ended up buying a pre-owned 2012 Dodge Journey. We choose Elmwood for multiple reasons, competitive prices, vehicle selection and the professionalism of the entire staff. Our sales professional, Eniezer Rios, was top notch! He definitely earned our business by following up with us, being available at any reasonable time for questions and facilitating the resolve of any challenges we faced during the buying process. The exact model my husband was looking for was not onsite but the dealership was able to locate and secure the vehicle within a reasonable amount of time. The pre-owned car I purchased showed a malfunction light of the ESC System the night I drove it home. I was concerned but from my dealing with Elmwood and Eniezer I was confident that they would remedy the problem at no expense to me. It took a little while for the service team to determine the issue. During that time, the service team was a pleasure to deal with (thank you T) and Eniezer kept me informed. I was provided a rental and the problem was fixed with no out of pocket cost to me. I was impressed with how the dealership handled my issue. It is easy to have a good experience and be happy with a buying experience when everything goes right but to have a good experience despite the “bumps in the road” is rare. At this point, I my pre-owned is running well, without issue and I believe it will continue to do so. Should anything change, I will update my review. Given the reasons stated above I highly recommend Eniezer Rios at Elmwood Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in East Providence he will earn your trust and your business. More
