Elmwood Experience- Excellent Recently my daughter and I visited The Elmwood Dealership in East Providence RI in the hopes of securing the 2015 Jeep Renegade that she had her heart Recently my daughter and I visited The Elmwood Dealership in East Providence RI in the hopes of securing the 2015 Jeep Renegade that she had her heart set on. As a father, I naturally wanted to make sure that she was treated fairly. Salesman, Al Torres was wonderful, as was the rest of the staff. It was refreshing to see that this staff was well trained in the art of service, education and salesmanship, and more importantly, in that order. After doing some homework prior to our visit, I knew what was to be a fair purchase price for the vehicle we desired as well as the amount we hoped to secure for our " trade-in. When I arrived he introduced me to Nathan Amaral. It was one of the best decisions I ever made by going to Elmwood Dodge. Nathan was friendly, outgoing, very professional and made me feel as if we had known each other a long time. Nathan helped me choose the Jeep I wanted, a 2016 Cherokee Latitude; he was very knowledgeable and understanding of what I wanted. I had previously owned 2 Grand Cherokees and wanted to get back into one. Right decision, I love it.. Previous to my visit to Elmwood Jeep, I went to a few other local Jeep I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara from Nathan Amaral. Previous to my visit to Elmwood Jeep, I went to a few other local Jeep dealers who were not even close to being reasonable with their offer on my trade in vehicle. Nathan was able to give me the amount that I was looking for on my trade and also moved a fair amount on the purchase price of the new vehicle. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Vinny who able to get me a great interest rate on my loan. These gentlemen worked with a no pressure approach and were very understanding with all of my needs.
