Wouldn't go anywhere else!! My salesman was Nathan Amaral. I came in for a routine oil change on my 2011 jeep (bought her here aswell) decided to take a walk thru the show room, My salesman was Nathan Amaral. I did not come in with intention to buy! I had some questions about what it would be like to trade. Nathan was extremely helpful, not pushy at all (I hate that) answers all my crazy questions and dealt with my extremely difficult and indecisive self for 2 days to make a very well deserved sale!. He made me feel comfortable during the entire experience and was not at all annoyed when I asked him 3 maybe 4 times to run out ( in the freezing cold) and get another car in a different color so I could see touch and feel it out. Again I must say I can be very difficult ( my own husband refused to come with me on day 2). Nathan did a great job! I had the pleasure of working with victor aswell, extremely knowledgable again patient and understanding with my every question and inability to wrap my brain around this leasing thing. Victor worked around my crazy work schedule to get me in to complete the paperwork needed, he was terrific! In conclusion I feel I must add, I live in Swansea a 5 min drive from another jeep dealer but I choose to drive out of my way to you! I am in love with my new jeep love her heated steering wheel!! even tho she's not white.. Thanks again!! More

The selection was good even though it was between seasons and that there wasn’t many 2014 which was fine as I settled on a 2015. One thing I really like was the fact that we test drove and then purchase a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee and was never asked to leave a deposit. Who does this? I have never experienced this and my hat’s off to Elmwood and the sales team. I would highly recommend Elmwood Dodge in East Providence, RI to friends and family and would suggest working with Harrison Carter with any of the purchasing needs. Great Dealership. They don't mess around or play games. Just bought a new vehicle there with Ryan. When I first went there, I came in only to look at the new RAM as I was comparing different makes. He was very patient with me and my questions and he didn't pass me by just because I was only in comparison mode. He answered all of my questions and found the answers to anything he didn't know off the top of his head. Even when I left the first day not buying, he didn't overly pressure me like most dealerships would. He just welcomed me back to test drive one sometime, and I did just that. After a few days I came back, drove the truck I had been dreaming about and wanted it. When it came down to purchasing it, Ryan and the manager didn't play any games with me. I told them what it would take to get me in that truck and they came back with their bottom line that fit my budget. I would recommend this deanship to anyone and especially Ryan Wilkins. More
