Words can't describe what an amazing experience me and my husband had working with Ronald. He was so understanding about our frustration with our past visits with other dealers. What a relief! !! Before I walked into Elmwood Dodge I just left another dealer and I had a meltdown I waited over an hour just for the salesperson to be a complet !! Don't usually do reviews but this experience at Elwood dodge was easier than other places. I spent less than 2 hours total at the dealership from first walking. There was no pointless waiting around.
