I essentially made the deal over the phone. I was I essentially made the deal over the phone. I was dropped off by Uber to purchase the vehicle, salesman rushed me to inspect, parking it as close as I essentially made the deal over the phone. I did point out some obvious dents and scratches, which he said they absolutely would not fix. I did not see any damage to the radio. The car went into detail I hopped in a drove away. I then upon getting on the freeway, 5 minutes away saw something on the screen of the radio. It appeared to be staining from cleaning products. I called the salesman who promised me that it wasn't there during the test drive and told me that they would fix it no matter what. He scheduled a service appointment for 6 days later. I was basically told the radio was my problem. Had I not delayed to get it fixed I could have stopped the loan. My fault ultimately, I really didn't think a car with 16000 miles could be in such rough shape. I had other Jeeps priced lower with a few more miles, probably a better buy. I will say take your time with these guys they will take advantage of you given the chance. More
