Salesman negotiable on price and knowledgeable of inventory and car features. Was initially taken aback by bank acquisition fee but manager helped take care of it. Another great experience I have never had a bad experience. If you do not think that these great experiences play into my decision to remain a Toyota customer, then think agai I have never had a bad experience. If you do not think that these great experiences play into my decision to remain a Toyota customer, then think again. It's unfortunate that I'm now down to 1 vehicle. I was leasing two, but the sales people wanted so much more money for my next lease that they basically forced me to leave. I hope that doesn't happen again. If I do leave, it won't be because of the service department !! More
