Gracie promptly provided me with a competitive quote and reserved the car for me over the phone. She also made the financing process seamless and hassle free the day of pick-up. Chelsea took the time to walk me through the car’s features, ensuring I was comfortable and confident in using them before I drove off. She also helped me install the Toyota mobile app, connect my iPhone, etc. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly made the experience exceptional. Thanks, Empire Toyota!
