Worst dealership to deal with. Placed a deposit down, signed paperwork, go back to finalize the car only to find out they sold the car right out from under us. Then in order to get the deposit back we had to show them proof that it was cashed. Not reliable. Very dirty, shady dealership. Only deal with Ray Price off of 33 or Mount Pocono locations. Go see Jerry and Corrie. Never ever had an issue with Ray Price. Highly recommend them. More
It's obvious that Ertle's puts customer service at the top of their list! This means being greeted at the door, and having the door held if your hands are full, friendly faces and sunny attitudes, texts t top of their list! Furthermore, I'll never forget when they came to my home during the Covid shutdown (I live approximately 30 minutes away!) When I remarked how surprised I was for the service, the employee remarked that Ertle's was doing everything they could to avoid laying off their workers during the Covid crunch. I really respected that. It's obvious to me that those in charge put customer service and loyalty to their employees at the top of their list, and I think that's awesome! More

Service was exemplary. I was greeted, by name, before even fully in the door. There was a small hiccup, where I had to come back to complete the job done on my car, but it I was greeted, by name, before even fully in the door. ( My car was released before my inspection sticker had been put on.) Overall I was very pleased. More
