Bought car less than 6 months ago, today my 18 year old daughter takes it in for an oil change. Tiffany proceeds to scare my daughter telling her if she didn’t get brakes TODAY she better be very careful d daughter takes it in for an oil change. My daughter texts me, I call and speak to Tiffany who was rude and then she puts me on the phone with CJ (all the while she is bad talking me to her coworkers with my daughter standing right there- so classy). CJ proceeds to tell me the car does need brakes but it is not URGENT but does need to be addressed soon. I ask why I needed brakes when I just purchased the car and he tells me the brakes were at 4 mm (in the yellow)when I bought the car and now at 2 mm. I explained to him that is is not right for Tiffany to scare my daughter like that. Mind you, I did not know she was bashing me until my daughter got home. I had been really happy about my transaction with Ertle but this just tarnished it. More
