The first time I put down a deposit and was told the vehicle would be there in a few days, but they later told me they could not get it. The second time I was told the specific model and color combination I wanted was now on their lot and being prepped for my purchase, but when I got there it was the wrong interior color. I don't think this was an oversight or accident, I feel like it was assumed I would not care or notice. For my next new vehicle purchase in 2018, I will be going to a different Hyundai dealer in the future. More
