When he couldn't duplicate our Acadia's intermittent remote start issue at his shop, he helped me troubleshoot it over the phone. Turns out it was due to low fuel (disables remote start), which looked even lower with the car sitting on an incline. Brad's and Ewing's overall level of support is what I'd expect from the Mercedes-Benz dealer next door to them. But we didn't have to buy an $80K GL-450 SUV to get it! More

I've bought many cars in my life time and Ewing is by far the best, most efficient dealership I have ever dealt with! Wayne Holton is a true professional and an asset to the Ewing organization. A dealership can buy TV and radio advertising, put up bill boards and send out mailings. But the best and most valuable is word of mouth from one customer to another prospective buyer. In the past, I have bought vehicles from Ewing, both Yukons and Mercedes, and been well pleased with the service. I visited Ewing beginning my search and met John Bonza for the first time. Never pushy, yet very helpful and knowledgeable about the GMC SUV brands. John and I continued to communicate by phone, e-mail and by mail. This past week my wife and I came down to Ewing to test drive an Acadia. John was not in and another great fellow, Tony Thomas jumped in to help us and arranged a test drive for both my wife and I. Again, a great experience. Well, we closed on the new Terrain Denali with John on Saturday, May 31. Love the SUV and really appreciated the total service received by all involved. More
