They have refused giving me back a deposit after I received a better price. Spoke at length to Andre the sales manager. They did have a car sent from over 100 miles away which was their reasoning for not giving me back a deposit. Amazing the cost was exactly 500 for them to do this . There take on this was they made a deal and they held up to their end of the bargain so come get the car. I called first thing in the AM to stop the car from coming guess these guys don’t have cell phones. Oh I will add one more thing I made it clear to my salesman Kevin that I was from the East coast and lost half my house to the hurricane as well as two cars. I guess after losing 50% of all my family’s belongings Kevin and Andre figure what's another $500 bucks. Thanks Guys your real gentleman. More
I would recommend the dealership because Ewing was the only dealer willing to let me test drive cars and had sales people wanting me to come see them. I originally went wanting to see if the Mercedes was only dealer willing to let me test drive cars and had sales people wanting me to come see them. I originally went wanting to see if the Mercedes was a car I may wish to purchase this go around, but once I decided to not do Mercedes and go Yukon, I had a call from Tony Thomas within minutes from leaving the Mercedes side. My sales guy at Mercedes appreciated the reasons I felt I still wanted to stay with Yukon and immediately called Tony with GMC and had him call me. Tony continued for the next few days to contact me and really wanted to assure the sale. I called a number of dealerships trying to get information on car availabilty and test driving to help me decide what car was going to best suit our family needs. I told every dealer I spoke with I was going to purchase a car by the weekend, Ewing was the only dealership that had any desire to sell me a car!!! Tony was polite and continued to contact me after he got off work and on his day off to see if I was liking the Yukon and wanted to offer me any kind that was the best fit for me. I love it and am recommending Ewing to everyone I know in the market for a car. Hands down the experience here did not compare to any other dealership. The selection is amazing, the way the set up is when you walk in is very inviting and spacious and you are greeted with a receptionist the minute you walk in. Everyone was extremely friendly and approachable. It tops the chart on all the key factors: variety in selections and inventory, service, follow up, and desire to sale cars! More
Nowhere in the buying process did we ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. The purchase was seamless and Kenneth made it enjoyable to buy a car which has never been the case for us in the past.
