I had to repeatedly call the service department to determine where the part was. When the part was installed I was not told that it would take time for the part to communicate with the rest of the com determine where the part was. When the part was installed I was not told that it would take time for the part to communicate with the rest of the computer system and the number of systems we’re not working as expected. I called the service department and left a message with the answering service and never got a call back. More
