Pleasant to deal with. Knew many of the features of the vehicle. However, no knowledge of EV Charging, how to charge or where or what app to use. The vehicles way to get yo Knew many of the features of the vehicle. However, no knowledge of EV Charging, how to charge or where or what app to use. The vehicles way to get you to a charger doesn’t work. You have to download other apps and you’re limited to where you can charge non-Tesla. Those things were not explained. Need better training to be able to explain to buyers what to expect if you don’t own a home and if you can’t install a level 2 charger at home. Charging time is way more that was told. More
