Rude and ridiculous. They call me up about a month after I had initially inquired about a 2025 Bronco. Salesperson says they have end of the year deals going on. He says he can’t tell me the specifics, but if I came in they’d give me a great deal. I say I’m not wasting my time. Then a different guy cuts into the line and says he’s the sales manager and can guarantee a great deal. I again ask for details and he says I have to come in. I say I’m not wasting my time. The he tried to pull the old “invoice pricing” ruse. I laugh and say I can do better than that by ordering a new 2026 Bronco from a dealer well known on a popular Bronco forum. He raises his voice and starts arguing with me on the phone about pricing, ordering, and discounts. Why would I go to Fair Oaks and deal with that guy? No thanks. More

Having previously purchased a 2019 Escape from Fair Oaks Ford and looking to purchase a 2023 Escape, we started by researching their website. We checked a few other websites, but found Fair Oaks had a low Ford and looking to purchase a 2023 Escape, we started by researching their website. We checked a few other websites, but found Fair Oaks had a low miles 2023 Escape in our price range. We went to Fair Oaks anticipating to work with our previous salesman, but found he was unavailable. Fortunately we found ourselves working with a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson named Darren Sanders. The test drive lead to questions about the many features available in the 2023 Escape. Darren proved to be well versed in all aspects of the car. He provided very a good tutorial for my son who would be driving the vehicle. We found the vehicle was in very good shape, inside and out. The great condition, low mileage and Darren's efforts to work with us resulted in our not looking further. We once again found Fair Oaks had the inventory, price and outstanding sales staff that will have us considering them when we're looking for our next Ford. More
