Went in for an oil change on Fri 05-15-26. Frank was the service writer he met me promptly at my driver's door. I mentioned what I was there for an oil change.( Works incl tire rotation). Fran Frank was the service writer he met me promptly at my driver's door. I mentioned what I was there for an oil change.( Works incl tire rotation). Frank listened to my concerns with the vehicle and noted them on the work order. Everything was completed correctly in a timely matter of 1 hour. Thanks Frank and Fair Oaks Ford for a job well done. I will definitely be back for my next service needs. More
