After submitting a online inquiry, Brandon reached out to me to offer assistance with my search and to answer any questions I had. Brandon and I stayed in communication via email while I considered options and met with me a few times at the dealer for a test drive and to discuss finance options. Brandon was able to work with me to find the perfect vehicle for my budget. I liked that Brandon listened to me and my needs and never tried to upsell or push me into anything. Craig answered all my questions, financing and available incentives on the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Even though the exact vehicle I wanted was not available on Fair Oaks lot, Craig was able to find one elsewhere and brought it to their store for me. Craig kept me up to date on the vehicle and when it would be available. I set up an appointment that worked for both of us and was able to puchase the vehicle, Craig went out of his way to help me and there was no pressure to buy. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle Craig introduced me to Jose Santiago who helped with the paperwork and walked me throught the vehicle and all of the options. Jose walked me around the facility and introduced me to the service and saled department. This was by far the most relaxing car buying event I have every experienced and will return to Fair Oaks Ford for my next vehicle. More

She showed me both Ford and Lincoln models, helped me understand the differences, took me on several test drives, and communicated very well with me throughout the week as I thought about what I wanted and continued to shop. I did much research on line, looking at various types and models. The Ford Escape stood out. I filled out all the required information and was soon contacted by Craig Holsman. He was terrific. Craig was up front and straight forward - no hassling or hiding information. He was interested in making me a fair offer. Upon picking up the car, everything was prepared just as he said it would be. Nothing was hidden and the price did not change. Everyone who took care of me from there treated me like family. Bob, the manager, Steve the finance person, and Vince, a salesperson who instructed me on the features of the vehicle. The sale was engineered similar to Harley Davidson, where everyone greets you after making your purchase, congratulates you, and ensures you of being there for you. I highly recommend Fair Oaks and the folks who work there. I have two vehicles, one I just traded for the new Escape and the other, when it's time to trade it in, will be through Fair Oaks. More
