Craig, who handles online inquiries, responded almost immediately via email with the quote I had requested. All the other dealerships started calling me and sending emails stating I needed to call in order for them to review all the possible discounts being offered. Craig sent a very detailed email with all discounts being offered. It was very much appreciated to have someone who respected my request. It took about a week, because of my chaotic work schedule, to be able to meet Craig and test drive the vehicle I was interested in. Since it was hard for me to set up an exact time to go in Craig had been flexible enough for me just to drop in when I could. Once I made it in I was helped by Jonathan (since I had just dropped in Craig was helping another customer and did not want me to wait). Jonathan took me out for my test drive. He reviewed all the options the car offered. He was very genuine and personable. I felt a bit uncomfortable having to go in without my husband, however, Jonathan made the entire experience very comfortable and laid back. There was absolutely no pressure. This has been the first time I've dealt with a car salesperson and not felt like I wanted to run out. Long story short, I did purchase the vehicle I was interested in. Craig and Jonathan gained a client moving forward. The ease of the entire process from start to finish is not one I've experienced before. I will definitely recommend meeting with these to gentlemen if you are interested in making a purchase. Thanks guys! More

I can honestly say this visit and purchase was a pleasant experience. Our salesman, Jonathan Garcia, was excellent. He new his job well and was very thorough in answering any questions we had. He was very pleasant to deal with and demonstrated the plusses of the vehicle we we're interested in. We were not planning on buying a car that night even though we needed one soon, but felt comfortable making the decision to buy because we loved the car and didn't want to deal with any other overly pushy people at other dealerships. I would definitely recommend this dealership. All the other people we dealt with here in completing our sale were all pleasant to deal with. If you want to buy a vehicle and don't need the showroom experience Craig will be a great guy to work with. Jose Santiago handled the truck delivery process. He provided great customer service as well. The process was fairly quick and Jose assisted with setup of my Sync account so I was off the lot with a functioning electronic setup as well. More
