My salesperson Craig Holsman has always been a pleasure to work with. Craig is very prompt with calls or emails, very knowledgeable of the product and is a very nice friendly person. I consider Craig a friend after all these years of purchasing vehicles from him and Fair Oaks Ford. I also have to give a shoutout to another great salesperson Serafin Castelan. Serafin is a pleasure to work with. On my latest purchase I also worked with Serafin and he made the whole experience wonderful. Serafin is a salesperson who knows his job inside and out and is a great asset to Fair Oaks Ford. Thanks to people like John Krajnovich (General Sales Manager), Craig Holsman and Serafin Castelan I will only purchase my vehicles at Fair Oaks Ford. My wife simply dislikes the entire car purchase process and avoids dealerships so she would not have to deal with any sales person.
