Truthfully, they get right down to business and gave a very fair price as I did my homework on our new F-150! Craig closed the deal, then sent us to Pam ( A GREAT lady) to close out our old car, gave her the keys etc and get the introduction to our new F-150. We went to see Bob about getting a liner put in and found that to be a fair price as well (could always be cheaper though!) then went to see Steve in Finance who got us in and out in a matter of minutes.
