Worked with a team of people starting with Craig in online sales and his support guy Louis. They communicated well and are a strong "tag team". Moved on to Bob in after market products and accessories. He was also very accommodating getting my preferences over what they normally would make available. Finally Jake worked with us well in finance. Over all a great experience and would recommend. Now I hope their service department carries on the positive experience. Thanks everyone...Dave More

I've purchased/leased many cars over the years but my experience with Fair Oaks Ford and Craig Holsman in particular, was THE best experience I've had I've purchased/leased many cars over the years but my experience with Fair Oaks Ford and Craig Holsman in particular, was THE best experience I've had to date. I sent an inquiry over the July 4th weekend, expecting not to hear back until after the holiday. Craig immediately jumped on the request and worked with me all weekend, answering questions and proactively putting together a great deal. When I visited the dealership to finalize the deal, Craig and the Fair Oaks team were a pleasure to work with. The team enthusiastic and passionate about their product (and customer) and the process was extremely professional and very efficient. Even though it was my first experience with Fair Oaks Ford, I felt like I had been a customer for years. I highly recommend Craig Holsman and Fair Oaks Ford. More

Poor service On 7/1/16 I brought my 2013 Lincoln MKX in due to the air conditioning not working. Their service associate Anthony gave me the attitude like he could On 7/1/16 I brought my 2013 Lincoln MKX in due to the air conditioning not working. Their service associate Anthony gave me the attitude like he could care less if I was there. I reminded him that I needed a rental and was given a 2016 Lincoln MKZ. I explained to him that I needed something bigger, more like my MKZ and he replied "did you let us know "? I informed him that I had filled out my dealer preferences a long time ago and that the information was in there. He said you are going to have to contact Lincoln stating they were never given that information. The rental was dirty inside with only 1/4 tank of gas. I asking him to put more gas in the car since its a 45minute ride back home, he wasn't very happy. I was finally able to pick my car up on 7/6/16 after they supposedly fixed a leaky hose. On 7/9/16 my air conditioner was not working once again. I sent a message to the repair department on that day and still have not heard a word. I'm extremely upset with having to drive 45minutes each way again to have the air conditioning fixed again! Hopefully for real this time!!! More

Would definitely buy another car from here! I've been buying cars all my life from my oldest brother who sold Chevrolets, so there was never any hassle or haggling and back & forth etc... But he's been retired for a while, so my wife & I dreaded buying a new car on our own, but I love the Ford Edge so we had to do it. After not so good experience at two other Ford dealers we contacted Ryan Holsman at Fair Oaks Ford. He was an extremely pleasant & knowledgeable person to work with, answered all of our questions without hassle, showed us what we were asking for & didn't waste our time - went above & beyond what we expected! To sum it up in another way - just as good as buying a car from my brother! Overall, an excellent experience and would definitely go back for future purchases. More
