I've purchased more than 15 new and used cars in my life and I will say this was the best experience of them all! Craig is awesome to work with. There was no pressure, no deceptive techniques used (I used to sell cars and understand the process) and the price was right and straightforward. Serafin was also super helpful and friendly. Even Doug in finance was easy to work with and no pressure. I realize his job is to try to upsell warranties and other add-ons, but he presented them with no pressure and let me make the choice. I will continue to shop just at this dealership if I need another car or any service. More

Craig was the best car salesman we've ever worked with! He helped us order our new Ford Explorer and kept in constant contact with us throughout the manufacturing and delivery process. Fortunately Fair Oaks Ford is the second closest Ford dealership to us because my wife and I were very pleased and impressed with the overall experience of buying our new Ford Escape there. We decided to try Fair Oaks Ford because not only is it among various other dealerships on the same road, but it had received great reviews on dealerrater.com. Plus, we were unimpressed with our first visit to a Ford dealership that was just a little closer to us. After hopping around to multiple dealerships (Honda, Toyota, Chevrolet) while looking for a new compact SUV, Fair Oaks Ford definitely stood out as being the friendliest. During our first visit, Bobby greeted us right away and I told him I wanted to test drive the new Ford Escape. After scanning my license, he found the keys for an SE model (the model we were interested in) and told us we could take the car for a test drive by ourselves. It was nice to be by ourselves so we didn't have a salesman distracting us from really experiencing the car. Later, after we narrowed down our choices, we made a second round to the dealers of our top two choices in order to start talking money. Bobby was not pushy and did not try to scam us into paying more money for unnecessary things. I was able to successfully negotiate the price of the Escape that we wanted (which happened to be in stock) down to our target price. He even said they would throw in a free remote starter with the deal. The other dealer ended up being very pushy with the financing, wouldn't negotiate the price down very much, and really tried explaining all different ways on why we should buy a car from them. It ended up just turning us away and convincing us that we should go with our top choice, the Ford Escape from Fair Oaks Ford. On our final visit to Fair Oaks Ford before purchasing the Escape, I was able to negotiate an even lower price. I even asked if they had a recent graduate discount (something that another dealership had offered). Bobby said he was glad I asked because after he checked with his manager, he said we could get an extra $500 off with that discount too. Apparently the salesmen do not work on commission at this dealership and their friendly attitude seems to show it. When I finally agreed to buy our new Ford Escape through Bobby, I felt like I drove away with a deal and that I wasn't squeezed for all I was worth. Bobby definitely made the car buying experience much more pleasant and less stressful. By the way, I had my free remote starter installed two days after purchasing the car. I dropped off my car in the morning and waited no more than two minutes for a guy from Enterprise car rental to pick me up and set me up with a rental at their location next door. After work, I returned the rental, a guy from Enterprise dropped me off at Ford, and the service guy at Ford explained how to use my new remote starter. I paid absolutely nothing for the remote starter, the installation, or the rental car. The whole process seemed to go way too easy... but it did. Overall, I'm very impressed with Bobby and Fair Oaks Ford. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
