Recently I got into an accident with my beloved Mini Cooper (ran over a semitruck re-tread... completely totalled the vehicle), I was in the market for a new car and fast. After a lot of comparisons I actually decided I'd like to look into a Ford Focus. We visited the lot rather late and we just intended on looking at the Focuses and their prices. Paul Litwicki was outside and with another client, but he was more than happy to help us. I wanted to purchase used, and I had a budget. When we told him, he was straight up honest and said that they probably didn't have a Focus that would fit my budget on the lot. Even though he knew he was wasting his time because everything was out of the price range, he showed us a few models and suggested to us the Ford Fiesta. We left that night and I did a lot of research on the Fiesta, falling in love with it. I am active duty military and needed to go back to St. Louis to report to work, so my dad kept in contact with Paul for me. I had a very specific car in mind with specific details and he was able to find my perfect vehicle. The car he found was actually located in Wisconsin, and they were not attempting to charge us a relocating fee. We settled on a price after a lot of haggling, and I had to go in the next day to sign papers. However, unfortunately for us the Wisconsin car was already sold. This seemed really fishy off the bat, but Mark Rancone worked very hard to find a replacement car. We found two that fit the description of the vehicle I wanted, but one had less options. They had absolutely no problem installing the extra options that were missing (ambient lighting and SIRIUS) for no extra charge. However, the other car was available with all the options and we went for that car. Overall the service here was outstanding. Paul hit rock-bottom price almost immediately and really went out of his way to help us. They understood the dilemma with insurance checks and were willing to work with me. I love my Ford Fiesta!! More

Very good experience. Salesperson Craig contacted me about an hour after internet inquery sent. He was not working that night, but found me another associate to work with if I wanted to get assistance t about an hour after internet inquery sent. Craig Holsman was patient and trusting as we narrowed down our search. We took several test drives over the course of 3 weeks. Craig never became pushy to close the deal. I originally connected with Craig on-line who referred me to Jeremy on site. Dealership is calm and organized. Jeremy spoke to us very conversationally with no "how much do you want to spend," "what is you to Jeremy on site. Dealership is calm and organized. With alot of good information and direction from Jeremy, we identifed the exact car we wanted and reached a comfortable agreement. Because the exact combination of color and options was not in their current inventory, Jeremy searched all the local dealerships, found what we wanted and had it delivered. In less than two hours we had gone from never been there and not certain what we wanted to secure and our decison and financed with attrative terms. Even if you havve decided a specific Ford model, read the reviews here, then read the other Ford dealership reviews. If you are goinf to write a check for a Ford -- write it to these guys.
