Fair Oaks Ford was one of several dealerships I contacted while shopping for an Escape. Craig had given me the best price initially - my only hesitation was a rather low offer for my old trade-in. However, after some negotiation (and a better trade offer from another dealer) we came to what I thought was a fair price for both the trade-in and the Escape. I wanted an Escape in deep impact metallic blue which is apparently not that popular. Craig did a great job locating exactly what I wanted. The process of picking up the car was handled by Serafin and was smooth and professional. We got my phone hooked up with the Sync system and even made a test call. He went over all of the features and helped make me feel comfortable in my new car. They offered me additional warranties and body protection products, but did not put excessive pressure on me to buy. Overall, the experience was not painful at all (that's a rave from me - I hate shopping for cars) and I never felt pressured at any step of the process. They even filled the tank prior to delivery! I'd definitely buy from Fair Oaks again. More

Craig and the other sales help at Fair Oaks made buying a car for my daughter a great experience. No haggle on price. We were ready to look for a used car and Craig helped us see it was more cost effective t car for my daughter a great experience. No haggle on price. My daughter loves her Ford, Focus and all the fantastic bells and whistles that come with the standard package. Brandon went out of his way to help my daughter find a way to produce proof of graduation from college, syncing her phone to the blue tooth as well as showing her how to operate all the other accessories. We will definitely consider coming back to Fair Oaks Ford when we are in the market for another new car. More
Craig Holsman went above and beyond in his attempt to locate an Explorer for us with the options and in the color we wanted. After a car we had selected from another dealer and put a deposit on a Saturd locate an Explorer for us with the options and in the color we wanted. After a car we had selected from another dealer and put a deposit on a Saturday ended up being sold that same day before Craig could finalize the transfer, he worked hard to locate another, but with supply limited and our desire to have our preferred color the outcome was in doubt. Craig not willing to give up went to his boss and came back with a very good offer for us to get into a Explorer they had in-stock that we previously had passed on given the price. In the end we could not be happier with the deal we got and the great Explorer in our preferred color we now own. More
