I came into Fair Oaks Ford in search of either a Maverick or Ranger (Couldn’t Decide). Normally, I’m not a fan of dealerships, but this may have changed my outlook on them for the future. Noel helped me and offered a wide array of information to assist me in my decision. He stayed with me throughout the entire interaction and was a great guy. After waiting not so patiently for the delivery of my Maverick, I picked up my truck in April. Jose Santiago made the sale very pleasant and because of his help, I would recommend Fair Oaks Ford. Since I Maverick, I picked up my truck in April. Jose Santiago made the sale very pleasant and because of his help, I would recommend Fair Oaks Ford. Since I was preordering the truck and could pick whichever dealer I wanted, I made the decision based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. I briefly worked with other staff throughout the process, and every one was pleasant to work with. I plan to bring the truck back for regular maintenance and anticipate that I will have a good experience with that department as well. More
