Don't make assumptions about your customers We had a not-so-great experience and I would recommend anyone looking for their first car to give a hard pass to this dealership. We had called in advance to book a test drive and were told to speak to a specific person on arrival. We didn't speak to that person AT ALL and wound up with a salesman who took us over to the Escapes we were considering and basically was like "Pick One." While the test drive was generous, the experience back at the dealership was terrible. Not only did we NEVER receive any kind of pricing on the Escape, but we were consistently pestered about our monthly payment. When the second salesman came over he was extremely condescending and assumed because my husband and I are younger and have just purchased a home, that we would not be able to afford an Escape. We then were given a condescending "life lesson" about how we spend money on nice things to reward ourselves, but apparently my husband and I were spending too much money, according to him. We were basically told "Thanks, but no thanks," and were shown the door. If you're buying your first car and don't want to start haggling over your monthly payment, or work with the person who you thought were going to work with, give this dealer a pass. More

I had my truck in for service on June 1st due to a noise coming from the front end. The truck was looked over and a diagnosis was given for the noise. I was told that the Diesel engine may exhibit a ticki coming from the front end. The truck was looked over and a diagnosis was given for the noise. I was told that the Diesel engine may exhibit a ticking noise at idle after an engine oil change. Ok but that is not the issue my truck is exhibiting. My front end noise only happens when the truck is driven over 20mph. Now I have to take my truck, that I purchased at Fair Oaks Ford, to another Ford dealer to try to get the issue fixed. I have always used Fair Oaks Ford for my Ford vehicles service. I am not happy about having to find another Ford dealer to get service on my truck. More
