Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. Tom Murphy has created a business that genuinely cares about its customers and its employees. That is why you continually see the same faces everytime you come here for service or sales and we see the same customers over and over again. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

Great Service, Friendly Staff I recently went to the newly renovated Falmouth Toyota and it looks great! Lots of open seating and tables, a more private area and a cute separated I recently went to the newly renovated Falmouth Toyota and it looks great! Lots of open seating and tables, a more private area and a cute separated kids area with books and a chalkboard. I was greeted with a smile at the new drive in service area. Jared, as always was kind and helpful. I went there for my 60,000 check up and also had to get new tires, back brakes and an inspection. I had my 6 year old son with me who love the kids area with the books and someone walking by noticed him and gave him a package with a coloring book, crayons and a color your own puzzle that he loved and kept him entertained! Thank you for such great friendly service! More

Most of my experience has been with Toyotas purchased I have dealt with Falmouth Toyota since about 1999 and have always have excellent esperience. Most of my experience has been with Toyotas purchased elsewhere although the last Avalon came from them and I bought it from that person. Had it 9 years.......great car. And great service, every time, even with a few difficult situations where the diagnosis wasn't immedictely clear. This time around I ventured to try a lease instead of outright purchase. Everyone I dealt with was cordial, and willing to explain everything.I highly recommend them. More
