Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

Painless Service Visits! I purchased my car and have all of my service done at Falmouth Toyota. They always take excellent care of me and my car! I was in recently for schedul I purchased my car and have all of my service done at Falmouth Toyota. They always take excellent care of me and my car! I was in recently for scheduled maintenance and while I had hoped to get away with a basic oil change, I found that more work was needed. The information and costs were well-explained to me and I appreciated that the work could be done immediately as opposed to having to schedule another appointment. I left spending more than planned, but confident that my car was in good shape and up to date. The new service area is wonderful! More

Falmouth Toyota is the best! I just purchased my third Toyota Highlander, my second from Ken Collins. I have dealt with many car dealers over the last 40 years and let me tell you I just purchased my third Toyota Highlander, my second from Ken Collins. I have dealt with many car dealers over the last 40 years and let me tell you, Ken Collins is a distinct pleasure to work with. I wanted a car that was not on the lot and he found me what I wanted. Had to wait a few weeks, but Ken kept me informed along the way. I live on the Vineyard and Ken made it very easy for me to pick up the car at my convenience. He took the time to show me all the new bells and whistles and followed up with emails and phone calls. Falmouth Toyota's service department is awesome too! Fabulous Falmouth Toyota Service Friday's visit ( 11/20/15 ) to Falmouth Toyota Service department was as usual exceptional service including the "Drop Off Valet" & the "Pick Up Va Friday's visit ( 11/20/15 ) to Falmouth Toyota Service department was as usual exceptional service including the "Drop Off Valet" & the "Pick Up Valet". Everyone was kind & friendly & the " Valet Touch " adds to the experience. The waiting area exceeds any Doctor's office & borders on " 5 Star Hotel Lobby" except with Food. More
