Brian said he would find the car I wanted and called me in a few days to pick it up. I didn't have to go to the Registry. Some time ago, I purchased a new car. from another dealer. The sales person was in such a rush he handed me a screwdriver and told me to put my own license plates on the new car. This would never happen at Falmouth Toyota. At Falmouth Toyota you are treated right so you will be a repeat customer. The service department is the best service department that I have ever dealt with on Cape Cod, especially Tony and Taylor. I am a little cautious when dealing with service departments. A number of years ago, I left my car for the day at a competitor to be serviced. I got a ride to the dealership after work to pick up my car. When I got there, I was told that they did not have time to finish my car and it would be ready the next day. I was stranded without my car or ride. Why won't they call to tell me about the delay? This will not happen at Falmouth Toyota. At Falmouth Toyota, they do what they say they will do and call you if they have any questions or concerns about your car. More

Our experience in purchasing a 2014 Highlander at Falmouth Toyota was excellent. Our salesperson was Jack Maloney and he was a pleasure to work with. He was personable, knowledgable and responsive to our needs. Jack is the kind of guy you wouldn't mind having a beer with and yet very professional in his dealing with us. There was no pressure, no back and forth to a sales manager. We knew we wanted a "loaded" Highlander (our last car was a 2001 Highlander so we were due for a splurge) but there aren't many available right now but fortunately he was able to secure exactly what we wanted. The only downside: Jack was paged a lot and received several cell phone calls while we were with him, however, we chalked that up as a good thing: he was a very good sales person and has many customers. And, obviously, Jack was willing to be instantly available by placing his cell number on his business card! Not much wiggle room on the price but still a fair deal - as far as we know since we did not shop around. I had researched dealerships in a fairly wide radius from our home and Falmouth Toyota was conspicuous by it's presence at or near the top in every rating website I visited. We would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota to anyone considering a new Toyota or used vehicle. More

Great used car purchase experience Upon entering the dealership I was pleasantly greeted by sales person, Mark Faria. I was looking for a 4 or 5 year old Camry with low mileage and a v Upon entering the dealership I was pleasantly greeted by sales person, Mark Faria. I was looking for a 4 or 5 year old Camry with low mileage and a v6 engine. Mark directed me to his desk and showed me a list of used Camrys with low mileage and a v6. I selected one and we looked at and drove the vehicle. I decided it was the appropriate one for me and started the purchase process. I was trading a 15 year old Solara with 256,00 miles. Through the negotiation process, Mark did not pressure me on a particular price. I knew what I wanted to pay and he came within $100 of my limit. Since the car had just arrived on the lot, it did not have the Certified inspection. Mark promised it would be done along with a new gasket on the truck lid and two small dents fixed. Upon picking up the car I was given a copy of the 160 point inspection and told that 2 new tires were put on along with brakes all around. I have never bought a used car before and this was a very satisfying transaction. There was no pressure and everything promised was done before I picked up the car. I will recommend anyone to Falmouth Toyota for sales or service. Mark Faria was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. If I'm ever in the market for another car, it will be from Falmouth Toyota. More
