My 2010 4 Runner was getting up there in miles but I was not thinking of trading it in. I heard a ad on the radio for trading your car and getting the same payment for a new. I knew Toyotas held their value, so I did research on blue book and could not believe how much my car was worth... my VWs never held their value like this Toyota did. So I decided to stop by and see a salesman with no plan to buy and right away met David. He offered me more money for my 4 runner than the quote from bluebook, I went home and met a few days later to "seal the deal" I never felt pressure to buy, David was laid back but so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Amy in finance was able to get me the best interest rate and answered every question. The 4 runner I wanted was not available but only took a few weeks to arrive and David delivered on his promises, it was all that I wanted, more than I needed and most importantly the horn does not sound like a clown car. I have never felt more at ease buying a car - Falmouth does treat you as a family member. I have been going to their service department for 3 years and have always been dealt with honestly and upfront about everything. I know it is cliché but I am definitely a customer for life, I will refer anyone looking to buy a vehicle to Falmouth! More

I have long owned a Toyota, Camry, Sienna and now a Rav. I find the service people terrific and though I was not quite ready to buy a new car I did take advantage of the Toyotathon. I asked Mike to find me another used Rav4 with under 100K mil Falmouth Toyota in 2003 which had come to the end of its useful life this past summer. I asked Mike to find me another used Rav4 with under 100K miles on it and no newer than 2005, the last year before the Rav4 'grew' about 15". I wanted white but settled for the grey-green 2004 he found with 52K on it. I am happy with the car and am pleased that I also bought the extended warranty - only one of the heat wires in the rear window functions, and the repair/replace will be covered under the warranty. I have had all service done at Falmouth Toyota for many years - very satisfactory as well. More

As in the past, he was totally professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns and made sure I really looked at all the vehicles I was interested in.. He listened to all "my wants, don't wants" and found a couple of vehicles for me to try. Once I made my choice, all the paperwork was handled efficiently and I had my new vehicle with hardly an interruption in my daily routine. My family has purchased many vehicles from Falmouth Toyota, always dealing with Ronnie. After the purchases, we have continued to use the dealership for all our service needs. The service department is always top-notch from its scheduling, to completing the work in a timely manner.
