Just purchased 3rd and 4th car from this dealer. I put on a lot of miles and am in service monthly for oil changes etc. Making an appointment is easy, getting in on time is the norm, as is getting out within a lot of miles and am in service monthly for oil changes etc. Making an appointment is easy, getting in on time is the norm, as is getting out within the allotted time. They recommend only the services recommended by the manufacturer at that point in time and they give you lead time on upcoming issues; tires, brakes etc, so that you can plan for that expense at a future visit. Several times they have gone above and beyond normal warranty service including giving me a car for a week when my Corolla (I might expect this at a Mercedes dealer or other high end store but not for an $18,000 Toyota) needed time in the shop. Recently, without my asking, they offered to split a part replacement on a part that was 10,000 miles out of warranty. Sales staff have always been helpful and patient with me as I try to do my due diligence, they do what they say they will and they do it promptly. More

We just bought a 2012 Highlander from Jack Moloney a few months back with which we are thrilled. Great car buying experience, so we saddled Jack with the task of finding the perfect used car for our 17 yea months back with which we are thrilled. Great car buying experience, so we saddled Jack with the task of finding the perfect used car for our 17 year-old daughter. Her only criteria was that it had to be safe and black. Jack calls me up one day and says he has found the perfect car, a 2003 Corolla with only 36,000 miles!!!! Immaculate condition, but it is Indigo Blue instead of black. Just off the delivery truck, Jack pulled it, had it cleaned and I ran in to look, knowing that such a good deal would be sold quickly. Took one look at the car and said SOLD! Jack took care of all the paperwork and we drove it home the next day, put a red ribbon on it and left in the driveway. When my daughter got home from school she freaked out (a happy freak out), screaming and jumping around. She loved the color, loved the car. She made me call Jack up on the spot to thank him before she even called her father at work!!! LOL Thanks Jack for finding us a safe car for our precious daughter and for making a beautiful memory. First of all, I must say, I have been well aware of Falmouth Toyota'a reputation for integrity and customer support for years. So, when I was in the market to trade in my '06 Tundra for a new Tacoma it was a no brainer to check out what they had to offer. After a pleasant greeting from Matt Murphy, I was introduced to John O'Keefe, my salesman, who was exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable, and a no pressure type salesman. (unlike the other dealership down the street who were into the high pressure "what do you mean you're NOT interested in buying today, why NOT?" type of crap. John took his time to answer all my questions, help me decide what I really wanted for options, etc. He offered to take me for a test drive, if I wanted to, not insisting, mind you. Make a long story short, I bought a great truck, from a classy salesman, at a classy dealership, for a great price, and maximum kelly blue book for my trade in. Couldn't be happier with my new truck. Oh, almost forgot Amy Killoran, finance manager, who made all my financing options clear to me, and even surprised me with a lower Toyota financing rate on the day I picked up my new truck than what we had agreed to initially ! Our experience with Falmouth Toyota and Ken Collings was great. I fully expected to have to play all of the usual games when bargaining for our used Highlander, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that great. I fully expected to have to play all of the usual games when bargaining for our used Highlander, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the sales process was very low pressure. We made one offer and Ken came back with a number just a little over ours. He even threw in new floor mats at our request. From having researched prices for several months, I believe the price we paid was very competitive. Ken was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The car was presented to us in excellent condition, very clean with some of the minor dings touched up. We drove all the way up from Rhode Island, but it was well worth the trip. I would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota and Ken Collings. More

The only complaint I have, and I voiced this to Mike Conroy, was that the truck was not as clean inside, as I expected a new truck to be. I found dust and stickers still left around the interior. Not a huge deal, but it took the experience from great to ok/good. More
