Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

This is the 4th Toyota I have purchased from Falmouth Toyota. I have been really happy with the service and the sales departments over the years. The service staff has been very helpful and friendly, and Toyota. I have been really happy with the service and the sales departments over the years. The service staff has been very helpful and friendly, and always lets me know what I need before any work is performed. Transportation is provided when I need to leave the car there. The sales department also was great - Craig Kinney was able to get me into a new Rav4 with very little hassle. After helping my grown children look for used cars around SE Mass. this year, I knew I was going back to Falmouth Toyota to get a no-nonsense, low pressure sale. I would absolutely buy another Toyota from them. More

Over the summer my son wanted to buy a truck so we went to Toyota and met with Anthony. Anthony was very informative and low pressure. She had aToyota corolla that she had serviced there over the years although it was not purchased there. We were always happy with the servicing so we thought we would start with them. Ronnie showed us several options and we were able to drive them (without anyone in the back telling us how great it was). They gave us a fair trade in price without any high pressure or negative remarks about other dealers I had planed to look at first before buying. We liked the car, the deal, the lack of pressure and a positive experience we have had previously with this dealership. More

Went in to test drive a newer model Matrix and fell in love with it. This was my first solo buying experience and Craig treated me like family. He was friendly,easy to talk to and negotiate with, and hone love with it. This was my first solo buying experience and Craig treated me like family. We were able to work out a price that I was comfortable with without those typical dealership games and gimmicks that so often happen when trying to buy a car.
