The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. The Murphy family has created a business that genuinely cares about its customers and its employees. For example, our Tony Martino led our top quality Service Department from 1990-2025 and Dave Carson - our Parts Manager has been keeping parts for repairs and accessories stocked since 1996. There are also veteran Sales Associates like Ken Collinngs, Ronnie Sjahfiedin, and Brian Nascarella - each with decades of Toyota experience, Joanne Brandrup - our welcoming receptionist since 1989, and Mike Conroy - our General Sales Manager has been keeping everything on track since the start in 1982!

I have bought vehicles from them since the 1980's when they were at the other location. The service is top-notch, from the buying experience to the maintenance experience, it's all good. When anyone I know needs a car, I say "I got a guy". John O'Keeffe has always taken good care of me and my family. And Just Recently, Justin too. He came in on his day off (!) so that I could pick up my car when I could get there from the island. We wouldn't think of buying from anyone else. Always treated more than fairly. The best part of Falmouth Toyota is that there is a no pressure atmosphere there and they work around your schedule and work with you in every piece of the car purchase. This is a very good service center. They go very good work. However, they take it upon themselves to selves to do work that I do not request. This time I asked for an oil change and i They go very good work. However, they take it upon themselves to selves to do work that I do not request. This time I asked for an oil change and inspection sticker. When I paid, they did a 15,000 mile checkup which I did not request. This upsets me. If there were not people in line behind me I would have argued more about it. More

However, I was told the 1 gentlemen they use was sick and then subsequent day the machine broke. Ended up spending money again scurrying to get a sticker a 7 days were up. No pressure from sales or finance and was very accommodating and friendly. More
