As always, the service department met all expectations , provided excellent and complete explanations, and on this visit went above expectations. My service rep this time was Ken. He advised me that the ser provided excellent and complete explanations, and on this visit went above expectations. My service rep this time was Ken. He advised me that the service tech working on the truck noticed my cracked driver side mirror. Ken advised the tech that I was aware of the crack but wasn't ready to repair it at this time. The tech told Ken he had salvaged the glass portion from another vehicle and he would donate and install it. A very pleasant surprise and I don't know the techs name but THANKS!!!! More
