I came in expecting to pay for an estimate and then coming in for another appointment to have the car repaired. Came in for service on a warrantied part. Service person was able to diagnose the problem without even looking at my car. Very happy with the new vehicle but really upset with the response I received from my salesman when I asked for assistance fixing the carpet issue.
