They got the job done… Honestly I regret buying this vehicle. Not because of the vehicle itself…but how they oversold the ownership experience. When I purchased this vehicle I was sold a luxury vehicle vehicle. Not because of the vehicle itself…but how they oversold the ownership experience. When I purchased this vehicle I was sold a luxury vehicle with a service unlike any other. Maybe it’s the state I live in…though I’ve taken it to a neighboring state and was gifted the same service quality. The dealership’s attitude seems to be either I needed this car, or this car wasn’t suppose to be for the kind of people/persons I represent. After purchasing the vehicle quickly learned that you can’t take the dealer at face-value. Though my last few vehicles were all new, and the practice seemed to be the same, I thought this time it would be different. Naïve. After you drive off in the vehicle you never are welcomed with that same since of hospitality. I experienced this with a Jeep I owned as well. You’re looked at as a number. An investor who they are contingent to squeeze more capital out of. Nothing about this experience was personal. I spoke with an individual via text who came off as a person who only gave you their number in passing…in hopes you’ll continue to pass them. I would text back to receive text days later. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I never even got to speak with the person who had assisted me throughout the last few days my vehicle was there. Instead I had an individual hand me my keys and walk me to a window and instruct me we could talk after I paid. Their was never an explanation or walk through of work that had been completed…(which was even a first for me.) After I even had to contact them questioning which areas were touched due to how dirty I received the vehicle. Again that message went unacknowledged. It’s sad every time you start your vehicle you feel more and more taken advantage of. More
Terrible they lie tell you to take vehicle somewhere else then Void warranty. Will never buy again then Void warranty. Will never buy again More

The salesman who assisted me and ultimately sold me the car could not make any decisions without consulting his manager. I do not like working with middlemen and found this to be time consuming and irritat car could not make any decisions without consulting his manager. The service center is terribly behind on work orders and I could not schedule a routine oil change less than 6 weeks out, which is unacceptable. More
