Needed warranty engine replace. Communication was poor between service department and customer AND between Hyundai and service. There should be a discussion with customer as to the Communication was poor between service department and customer AND between Hyundai and service. There should be a discussion with customer as to the process for engine replacement and daily status. (Even if waiting on Hyundai) Customer doesn’t want to feel forgotten. Everyone’s time is valuable so the service communication process needs improvement. Engine did come faster than initial assumption and service worked weekend to complete work which was good. More
