It took 2 months for me to get a recall appointment which is ridiculous! Why? Because they couldn't charge me! Left multiple messages regarding appointment service and questions I had...never a call ba is ridiculous! Why? Because they couldn't charge me! I asked them to look at my backup camera...a possible money maker for them....they couldn't be bothered. Said they did a 37 point check? Well they missed a tail light that was out, oil filter needed , and oil change! All money makers! Terrible service! I get better attention and service from the oil change places. My service manager Tom has always been fair with my ned for my vehicle. I just made 251,000 mileson my vehicle. Due to the pandemic and family issues I have been unable to service my vehicle. We previously for my vehicle. I just made 251,000 mileson my vehicle. Due to the pandemic and family issues I have been unable to service my vehicle. We previously discussed the need for me t have my front struts, strut mounts and springs replaced. Wen I was able, I am in, purchased the parts and was given an appointment. Car was serviced, parts were replaced and now the front end is flawless. No rattling, etc. Just like new! He hit a home run and the price was very competitive. Took 8 weeks I to get an appointment. Entirely too long. Was told by salesman that oil change was every 10,000 miles. Obviously I found out this is not so.
