On 12/3 for an oil change on 12/6, my time was set for 12:30, I have occasionally waited for an hour for my oil change even with an appt, which I can accept but on this appt. I waited 2 hours which is ridiculous. I watched people come and go, 2 of which I heard talking and they also were there for an oil change. I have no idea why this took so long. When Jim (Service writer?) finally came and got me I said "wow I was getting worried that something was wrong with my car because it was taking so long", to which I got no reply. I am sorry but if someone makes an appt for an oil change they should never have to wait 2 hours for it to be completed. More

Electrical problem My appointment was scheduled for 4:30. I had to leave my car. I was not informed that l would need to leave my car when the appointment was made.
