I called the service repair center and they suggested to call roadside service, since it was closing when I manually put the tailgate down but just wasn't locking I decided I would take it to the service center myself as it was only a couple miles. They didn't have the part needed in stock so I had to leave it. They gave me a loaner car to use for the weekend until the part came in. Very accommodating. More

Our car was ready for pickup as Colin said. Our service person(Colin) was very helpful by explaining what procedures were going to be done. We had a problem with a door lock. Recall update, oil change and more I made an appointment online for 8:00 am. I arrived and they spelled out all of the things they would be doing and checking on my vehicle. I had (3) I made an appointment online for 8:00 am. I arrived and they spelled out all of the things they would be doing and checking on my vehicle. I had (3) recall checks, battery check and an oil change. Turns out my oil change was free, my battery was fine and all (3) recall checks were good (nothing wrong). They replaced a wire harness to my rear tail lights that was shorting and causing lights to dim. I had no idea. All of this was done in about an hour and I was out of there. Free coffee and bagels to boot. A very nice experience! Thank you Tom Salin! More

Superior! I was upset my car was totalled in an accident & so stressed on trying to find another car in the time frame given from my ins co. I only went into 3 dealerships and Hyundai was by far the friendliest! My salesman Mike Darge was amazing. He was not pushy at all, was concerned about my comfort level & happiness over making a sale, actually took time to get to know me, & made the process so easy! I would HIGHLY recommend Hyundai and Mike to anyone looking for a great car purchasing experience! I didn't feel pressured nor did they just spit facts & numbers at me.
