Excellent Sales! This was our first Hyundai and Chris was very friendly and helpful. My wife was the one looking for a car and he talked to her not me about the car sh This was our first Hyundai and Chris was very friendly and helpful. My wife was the one looking for a car and he talked to her not me about the car she wanted to drive. It was a pleasant change from some of the different car dealerships we have been at in the past which talked to me instead of her. He listened to what she was looking for in a car as well as all of her concerns about the vehicle and was able to help her find the one she wanted. He was very patient and never went into the hard sell mode. He went through all of the safety equipment and options the Santa Fe offered and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. Chris and the rest of the sales staff were so nice and the price of the car was so fair that I purchased a Kona as well. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Family Hyundai to anyone looking for a car. More

Bait and Switch I was originally told that every third oil change would be free. Although I have other dealerships closer to my home, I thought this was a great deal I was originally told that every third oil change would be free. Although I have other dealerships closer to my home, I thought this was a great deal and decide to make this dealership my home for service. On 2/1/19 I stopped in for my third oil change and was greeted with a bill. I explained to the advisor that this was my third oil change and should be free. The advisor explained that customers were giving the wrong information in the past and the third oil change is only free when you purchased the car from Family Hyundai. This seemed like the classic bait and switch. With the acknowledgment that customers had received the wrong information, my third oil change should have been free. The dealership also decided to Replace my license plate cover with a Family Hyundai license plate cover. This is not something I asked for as I could not in good faith advertise or recommend this dealership. More
