Management is not concerned about YOU, only MASSIVE profits. Prompt friendly and efficient I was welcomed, recognized as a returning customer, and quickly advised as to the expected time the car would be serviced and returned to me. The waiting area is large, (it would be good if we could get away from the TV and the interminable talk shows) comfortable and clean. Coffee and snacks provided and maintained. Service was dome promptly and on time and I was able to enjoy a "free" oil change as part of Family's program of caring for the customer (third synthetic oil change free). This is such a more friendly and customer caring dealership than my previous Hyundai dealer(Phillips in Bourbonnais). Jim Rich was the Advisor who welcomed me and kept me updated and dealt with the Hyundai Rewards Certificate, a BIG thank you Jim! More
