Untrustworthy I selected a car and was offered a $300 discount off the vehicle. When I asked for the breakdown before I started filling out the paperwork I stated i I selected a car and was offered a $300 discount off the vehicle. When I asked for the breakdown before I started filling out the paperwork I stated it didn't reflect the discount and was told "it would be added by finance." After hours of being there get to finance the discount still wasn't added. The guy in finance I believe his name was Joe says he can't change it since that's what was written down and it would have to be approved by the sales manager. The proceed to have me wait again then came back and offered $150 off. I walked out! To me it's not about the $150....it's about your word. More
